On February 17th, the 2nd Annual Okayama City University Student Mach-zukuri Challenge was held with 14 teams from 8 universities in the Okayama area. The presentation on a recommended sightseeing map for foreign visitors to Okayama by 4 students from Professor Sasaki’s seminar class won the Grand prize (1st place). With their smartphones in one hand they traveled around the city, taking note of interesting spots to create a Japanese, English and Chinese version of a sightseeing map. Additionally, using QR codes on the map, video introductions were also created for travelers to better appreciate the suggested spots.

2月17日（日）8大学14団体が参加し開催された、平成30年度「岡山市大学生まちづくりチャレンジ事業」活動報告会で、佐々木ゼミの「学生視点での訪日外国人向け岡山市の観光プランの企画提案」事業が、グランプリ（第1位）を受賞しました。
4人の学生が、スマートフォンを片手に岡山市を巡り、各地の記事を作成し、日本語、英語、中国語の観光マップを作成しました。また、マップにQRを取込み、動画で各名所を紹介した点も高く評価されました。
